Building a Better Me Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and building self-esteem in black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) families through education, comprehensive support and resources. Here are some creative program initiatives that we have developed to support our mission:

"Empower Her" Conference: The "Empower Her" conference is a one-day event designed for young BIPOC women to provide them with tools and resources to build self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and pursue their passions. The conference will feature keynote speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities to inspire and empower young women to reach their full potential.

"Mind and Body" Wellness Program: The "Mind and Body" wellness program is a series of workshops and classes designed to promote physical and mental well-being for BIPOC families. The program will include activities such as yoga, meditation, fitness classes, and nutrition workshops, helping families prioritize their health and wellness.

Summer Enrichment Camp: We offer a summer enrichment program for BIPOC youth that includes activities focused on education, health, and wellness. The program includes workshops on financial literacy, art, public speaking, and leadership skills. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for youth to learn, grow, and connect with their peers.

Family Health and Wellness Day: We host an annual family health and wellness day that includes activities such as yoga, fitness classes, nutrition workshops, and health screenings. The event is designed to promote healthy lifestyles and habits for the whole family

"Community Impact" Volunteer Program: The "Community Impact" volunteer program is designed to provide BIPOC families with opportunities to give back to their communities through volunteer work. The program will partner with local organizations to identify volunteer opportunities that align with the interests and skills of the families we serve, creating a meaningful impact on the community.
